This time’s offering is a website I’ve been enjoying. Actually, I signed up for a weekly update that offers of tried and true home remedies, articles and health news. The content creators, Joe and Terry Graedon, offer current research on all matters of wellness; I’ve shared some with Martin to bring to his doctors’ appointments. One of their home remedies I used years ago and it worked then and I’m sre it will work now. (Scrape the inner flesh from a banana peel. Apply it to a wart and secured it overnight with a bandaid. I did this for a week and not only did the wart come off but the entire root of it.  Gross, I know, but effective. The Graedons’ creds are solid.
